Ballot Questions
Yes: The city keeps a property tax on property inside the Downtown Development District for 25 more years, from 2028 to 2052. The rate would be 9.04 mills, which is 1.05 mills more than today because of reappraisal. It is expected to raise about $714,179 a year for the Downtown Development Authority.
No: The tax ends after 2027.
